Sometimes in life, we wonder about someone who holds the word Perfectionism ...


If you are a perfectionist you're likely to feel frustrated, irritated and dissatisfied much more than a person who is easy going. It's hard to achieve perfection some of the time, so attempting to achieve it all of the time is only setting yourself and others up to fail. It's great to have high standards because they lift performance, but reacting negatively to the non-achievement of such high standards will inevitably bring unhappiness to you and those around you ...
