Yakiniku @ Kashiwa

This Japanese BBQ restaurant was recommended by a Japanese friend, and first thought was "it has to be good, rite?"! The verdict ... definitely worth a try! We ordered Tofu Seaweed Salad, Special Wagyu Beef Rib, Wagyu Beef Skirt, Chicken Giblet and Assorted Seafood with total bill of $65 for 2 people. The scallop was yummy :)

The Fluffy Boy

The fluffy boy is in town so I took the opportunity in catching up on some photography exercise. I have started on picture-editing recently and I must say it is worth the while if you appreciate a good picture rather than just "there you go" kind of memory capture ...

Simple Yet Tasty - Christmas 2009

Christmas is a season where people celebrate the birth of baby Jesus, however in my definition ... It's THE time where family & friends get together on the dining table catching up on how time has rushed us through the 12 months of happiness, joy (not to mention many ups and downs) ... but for some people, it could be difficult times.

This year I made a very simple yet authentic noddle from scratch ... we were pretty pleased with the final outcome because all food were gone in no time! I reckon this second attempt taste better than my first's.
